摘要
借鉴商品品牌理论,阐述地方高校建立毕业生品牌在毕业生就业中的影响作用,提出用打造品牌、经营品牌、维护品牌的理念,对毕业生品牌进行精确定位,"全程"监控教育全过程,在社会上形成毕业生的良好"口碑",以更好地解决地方高校毕业生的就业问题。
This article takes reference to the commodity brand theory to illustrate the powerful influence of establishing the graduate brand towards graduates' employment problem. With the concept of forming, managing and maintaining brand, local colleges pinpoint the precise graduate brand and monitor the entire educating process so as to form a word-of-mouth of graduates in our society, thus solving graduates' employment problem.
