中西药合用治疗老年肺炎40例

收集老年肺炎８０例，随机分为西药抗感染及中医扶正固本活血化瘀做观察组４０例，纯西药抗感染及对症处理做对熙组４０例。结果显示观察组痊愈率（５０％）高于对照组（２５％）。表明扶正固本活血化瘀法可以改善老年肺炎的病理过程。

cases of senile pneumonia were divid- ed into two groups at random. The observed group(40 cases) was treated by anti - infection combined with the method of promoting blood circulation and the con- trol one (40 cases also) by anti-infection only. The result showed that cure rate in former(50% ) was high- er than that in latter (25%).
