摘要
和谐社会蕴含制度公正的必然诉求,制度公正是和谐社会前提与保障,是构建和谐社会的目标与导向,是和谐社会构建的现实需要。制度公正必须以科学发展观为指导,构建全面、完善的制度体系,建立健全制度的监督与保障体系。
Harmonious society contains the inevitable appeals of institutional justice, while the institutional justice acts as the premise and guarantee of harmonious society and as the objective and guide of harmonious society building and as the realistic need for harmonious society construction. Institutional justice must take scientific development view as its guide, construct a comprehensive and sound institutional system, establish and perfect the supervision and insurance system of institution.
