论《农业六十条》

On the 60-article regulations for agriculture

1962年9月,中共中央八届十中全会通过了《农村人民公社工作条例修正草案,》(简称"农业六十条")。该文件的出台,使农村形势逐渐转好。同时,由于历史的局限,"农业六十条"本身存在着严重的缺陷。因此,应该辩证的看待这一条例,并从中获得历史经验与教训。

In September 1962, ten of the Eighth Plenum of the CPC Central Committee adopted the ＂the Regulation on people＇s communes＂ （60 - Article Regulations for Agriculture）. With the adoption of this document, the situation in the rural areas began to get better. At the samCtime, because of the limitations of history, there are some serious shortcomings in ＂60 -Article Regulations for Agriculture ＂. Therefore, we should see the two sides of this document in order to gain the experience and lessons from history.
