一、荧光膀胱镜发展历史及原理
荧光膀胱镜的应用始于20世纪60年代，泌尿外科医生们为了降低膀胱肿瘤的漏检率试图借助颜色对照来标记膀胱肿瘤组织。最早使用的染色剂包括四环素、亚甲蓝和合成卟啉复合物等。四环素因其不能在直视下取活检及其他缺点而被淘汰：亚甲蓝因假阳性率高达75％～80％而被弃用；
