改革开放30年来中国公共服务制度变迁的特色体现为一个目标、三个转变、四个阶段。梳理30年来我国公共服务制度变迁的历程,总结其阶段性特征、发展脉络与趋势,可为进一步完善公共服务体系,加快服务型政府建设提供经验借鉴。

The institutional changes of Chinese public service during the last three decades had several significant characteristics, including ＂one goal, three transitions, and four steps. ＂ This essay reviews the past 30-year development history, the trend of Chinese public service system, and also the different traits of various times in order to provide some practical experiences for the recent construction of the service government.
