基于信息技术能力的企业动态能力构建研究

The Research on Building Business Dynamic Capabilities Based on Information Technology Capabilities

摘要 动态能力理论自被提出之后就得到飞速发展,逐渐成为战略研究的重点。但如何构建动态能力仍是一个重要而又未知的问题。企业的信息技术能力贯穿于企业动态能力构建的每一个环节,对动态能力的构建具有至关重要的决定作用。 The theory of dynamic capabilities develops fast and is becoming a hot topic of strategic research, but how to build the capabilities is still an important and unsolved question. This paper tries to investigate the building problem from information technology capabilities （ITC）. ITC are very important on each step of the process of building business dynamic capabilities. The paper intends to have significant cultivation of the dynamic capabilities of Chinese enterprises.
