中小企业参与GMS合作信息平台的构建研究——以云南省为例

Research on the Construction of the Information Platform about the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in GMS

一、引言20世纪90年代以来,随着世界经济全球化和区域经济一体化进程的加快,大湄公河次区域(简称GMS)的合作开发得到长足发展,引起了国际社会的广泛关注与参与,已经成为中国与东南亚地区开展经济合作的重要组成部分。澜沧江—湄公河作为亚洲的重要国际河流之一,它将区域内各成员国紧密地联系在一起。

The small and medium-sized enterprises will obtain more opportunities to develop themselves in GMS countries because of their unique advantages. However, when the small and medium-sized enterprises invest directly in GMS countries, they encounter a lot of difficulties. The insufficient information problem has become a great obstacle for them. This article firstly discusses the necessity of the construction of information platform which is help for the small and medium-sized enterprises to go into GMS countries,then analyses the status quo and problems of the present information platform ,finally gives the function design and the operational mode of the information platform.
