The Transfer Between Modern Railway Terminal and City:Taking North Train Station in Chongqing for Example

通过对重庆市火车站发展历程的简要回顾,本文探讨了现代火车站发展为新型铁路枢纽并与城市实现快速衔接换乘的重要意义,同时以重庆火车北站为例,分析了城市铁路枢纽作为"场所与节点"的功能性质,总结了未来火车站在城市中所处地位及发展趋势,以期对现代铁路枢纽的规划与设计有所裨益。

Reviewing briefly the development of railway station in Chongqing, this paper discusses the significance of the transfer between city and modem railway terminal developed from railway station. Giving the example of North Train Station in Chongqing, it analyses the ＂place and spot＂ function of railway terminal and points out the status and development trend of the future railway station in the city, which have a certain guiding function to the architectural design of modem railway station.
