HPLC法测定蒙药广枣中没食子酸含量

目的：为蒙药广枣质量标准的完善提供依据；方法：利用高效液相色谱（HPLC）方法，使用C18柱（200＊4．6mm）甲醇-0．1％磷酸水溶液（5：95）为流动相，检测波长为273nm，对不同产地蒙药广枣中所含的有效成分没食子酸进行了含量测定研究；结果：没食子酸对照品线性范围为0．048-0．24μg，r=0．9997平均回收率为98．20％（RSD=0．79％）。结论：该实验方法简便快捷，重复性好，结果准确可靠，可作为广枣的质量控制方法。
