迪西鹰嘴豆铅、汞、砷等有害元素含量的分析测定

摘要 目的:测定分析迪西类型鹰嘴豆铅、汞、砷等有害元素的含量。方法:用双通道原子荧光光谱仪和电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪分别测定新疆木垒县产的迪西类型鹰嘴豆铅、砷和汞的含量。结果:新疆木垒县产的迪西类型鹰嘴豆铅、汞和砷三种元素含量均在安全范围内。结论:从测定结果分析,迪西类型鹰嘴豆是可以放心食用的药食两用豆类作物。 Objective: To determine and analyze the contents of Pb, Hg, As in Desi chickpea. Method: The contents of Pb,Hg,As in Desi chickpea were determined with inductive coupled plasma emission spectrometer and dual pathways atomic fluorescence spectroscope. Result: The contents of Pb, Hg, As in Desi chickpea harvested from Mulei county of Xinjiang province all were within the standard scale. Conclusion: Thinking over contents of Pb, Hg, As, Desi chickpea was a medicine and food double - purpose bean crop, which can be ingested freely.
