Determination of Gallic Acid in Liu Gan Wan by HPLC

目的：建立藏成药流感丸中没食子酸的含量分析方法，以更好地控制该品质量，保证用药安全、有效。方法：采用Kromasil-C18色谱柱，以甲醇-水-冰醋酸没食子酸在0．1732—0．8660mg范围呈良好线性关系（r=0．9999），回收率为99．26％，RSD为1．3％。绪论：HPLC法测定藏药流感丸中没食子酸含量可以更好地控制该药品的质量。

Objective：To establish the HPLC method for detennination of the content of Gallic Acid in Liu Gan Wan. Methotl：HPLC was used as assay method,and consisted of Kromasil- C18 Detection Wavelength was 273nm,colunm temperature was room temperature. Result： The concentration of Gallic Acid and peak area showed a good linearity relationship,the average recovery was 99.26% with RSD 1.3%. Conclusion： The method appear to be good resolving power, simple and good reproducibility, can be used to determine the content of Gallic Acid in Liu Gan Wan.
