花锚的氨基酸成分测定

Determination of the Contents of Amio Acids in Halenia comiculata(L.) Comaz

目的：分析鉴定花锚中氨基酸成分。方法：氨基酸自动分析仪进行分析。结果：测出17种氨基酸，总含量为4．088mg／100mg，其中含量最高的为谷氨酸0．498mg/100mg，含量最低的为组氨酸0．087mn／100mg，人体必需氨基酸有9种，占氨基酸含量的43．35％。结论：蒙药花锚中测出17种氨基酸，其中人体必需氨基酸有7种。

In this paper, the contents of free amino acids in Halenia sibirica Borkh., was analysed. The total content of the sixteen kinds of free amino acids 4. 088mg/100mg. The content of GLU is the higest which was 0. 498mg/100mg and HIS content was the lowest which only a mout 0.087mg/100mg. There were 7 kinds of essential amino acids whose total content was 43.35% in Halenia comiculata（L. ） comaz.
