Z—ATCM在多层螺旋CT腹部检查中的应用和防护价值 被引量:5

摘要 随着多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在临床应用的日益增多,特别是薄层扫描和多期重复扫描的广泛应用,使得受检者接受辐射剂量的增加及其潜在危害性也受到更广泛的关注。本研究通过对2种不同管电流调节技术所获得的肝脏CT影像质量和射线剂量的比较研究,以探讨在MSCT肝脏多期检查中应用Z轴自动管电流调节技术(Z—ATCM)以较低的辐射剂量获得较高图像质量的可行性。
