活体肝移植胆管并发症的原因与防治
摘要
自1989年澳大利亚Strong等成功开展首例小儿活体肝移植，1993年日本Ichida等成功开展首例成人活体肝移植以来，随着尸体肝移植供体缺乏，以及活体肝移植供体评估、移植物切取和血管、胆管吻合重建技术的不断提高，活体肝移植例数逐年增加，大大缓解了尸体肝移植供体严重不足，挽救了许多终末期肝病病人的生命。
