摘要
目的:探讨冠状动脉CT血管造影(CTA)检查过程中心率的变化及波动。方法:208例患者纳入研究,心率高于70bpm的75例患者口服β受体阻滞剂至心率小于70bpm。比较平静呼吸时(基础心率)、扫描前深吸气时及扫描期间屏气时3个时期的心率及心率波动。结果:扫描期间的平均心率明显低于基础心率[(59.8±9.0)bpm;(63.9±7.8)bpm;P<0.01],以平均心率±5bpm以外的心率为波动心率,其所占百分比在平静呼吸时与屏气时无统计学差异(P>0.05),但均与深吸气时有明显差异(P<0.05)。患者是否服用β受体阻滞剂对扫描期间心率波动没有明显影响(P>0.05)。结论:冠脉CTA扫描过程中心率会有所下降,但心率波动不增加。
Purpose: To discuss the change of heart rate and heart rate variability during cardiac CT angiography (CTA) . Methods: Two hundred and eight patients underwent coronary CTA. Seventy five patients with heart rate greater than 70 bpm were pretreated with oral β blockers. Mean heart rate and percentage of beats outside a±5 bpm around the mean were compared between baseline (free breathing), prescan hyperventilation, and scan acquisition (breath - hold). Results: Mean scan acquisition time was 14.0 ±2.8 seconds for coronary CTA. Mean heart rate during scan acquisition was significantly lower than that at baseline (59.8± 9.0bpm, 63.9 ± 7.8 bpm, P 〈 0.01 ). The percentage of beats outside a ± 5 bpm around the mean were not different between baseline and CTA scanning(3.6%, 3.4%, P = 0.78) . The buccal of β blockers had no significant effect on heart rate or percentage of beats outside a ± 5 bpm around the mean(P 〉 0.05) .Conclusion: Breath- holding during cardiac CT scan acquisition significantly lowers the mean heart rate, but heart rate variability is the same or less when compared with normal breathing.
