摘要
根据系统化整体护理模式病房护理工作的需要，院领导给予有力支持，护理部改变了病房护士组织结构，推新护理班次，修订护理表格,设制病人出院调查表，着手培养护理骨干等。经过近两年的努力，受到国内外护理界同仁的充分肯定和医生的好评；1996年6月至1997年1月调查431例出院病人，总满意度为98．6％。系统化整体护理使病人受益，同时体现了护理知识的价值。
Systematically nursing care is developed in the process of exploring the reform of nursing model in our hospital. Holistic nursing care reflects the change of nurses' organizing structure and shift arrangement, revise of the nursing form, training of the nurses receiving higher nursing education, and renewal of managers' nursing concept. From June 1996 to Jan. 1997, 431 discharged patients were investigated with the total satisfactory rate heing 98.6%. Systematically holistic nursing care in our hospital meets the patents' needs, and gets the approval from nursing colleagues and doctors. Nurses also have the feelings of self-actualization.
