摘要
介绍模式病房建设中护理人力资源的合理应用,实行督导护士制、弹性排班制,调动了不同学历、不同层次护理人员的积极性,从而充分利用有效的护理人力资源,使病人得到全方位的优质服务,提高了护理质量。
The rational use of manpower, including the supervise and urge-nurse system and the flexibility-system on duty, was introduced. The practice indicated that the initiatives of the nursing staff with various educational levels were mobilized and then nursing manpower resources effectively and fully utilized. The omnidirectional high quality service to the patients and improvement of the nursing quality were achieved.
