Application of functional magnetic resonance imaging in neurosurgery

摘要 功能磁共振(fMRI)是一种被广泛接受的成像手段,近年来已用于多种临床实践中,特别是在指导神经外科手术方面有了很大的进展。本文就fMRI基本原理和技术及其在有效性评估、指导神经外科手术和术后患者随访方面的作用予以综述。 Function magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)is an extensively accepted imaging method.It has been applied in different clinical practice in recent years.Especially,great improvement has been made on guiding neurosurgery operation. In this article,the principle and technology of fMRI,the effective evaluation,guidance of neurosurgery operation and the follow-up were reviewed.
