摘要
高职高专要培养实用型中高级技术人才,从许振超等技术创新型劳模的心理特征中能获得诸多启发。将思想意识作为突破口探讨人才培养的影响因素,并指出创新在人才持续发展方面的重要意义。
The aim of vocational colleges is to train middle and senior technical personnel of practicality. Some inspirations can be drawn from the psyehological characteristics of such working models of technological innovation as Xu Zhenchao. Ideology is seen as the breakthrough to explore the impact factors of personnel training. Innovation plays an important role in personnel training.
