无形资产指不具有实物形态而又能为使用者提供某种特定权力和经济效益的资产。广州亚运会无形资产包括电视转播权、赞助权、冠名权、特许商品经营权和广告发布权,其无形资产具有巨大的开发空间。广州亚运会无形资产的开发和保护,可以采取的策略包括强化开发和保护意识,建立专业团队;提高服务意识和质量;向北京奥组委学习,完善规章制度;高度重视媒体传播效应;通过宣传、立法、行政和司法手段,加强对广州亚运会无形资产的保护。
Intangible asset refers to an asset that does not have a material form but can provide the users with certain fights and economic effects. Intangible assets of Guangzhou Asian Games include TV relay right, sponsoring right, naming fight, chartered merchandize selling fight and advertisement releasing right, and such intangible assets are provided with a tremendous space for development. Strategies that can be adopted for the development and protection of intangible assets of Guangzhou Asian Games include intensifying development and protection awareness, establishing professional teams, enhancing service awareness and quality, learning from Beijing Olympic Committee, perfecting rules and regulations, showing attention on media communication effects, and strengthening the protection of intangible assets of Guangzhou Asian Games via promotion, legislation, administration and jurisdiction means.
