摘要
网络技术的发展所引起的网络伦理问题表现在对人们的道德、民族文化、国家政治、全球信息资源共享等方面。网络伦理问题的产生既与网络技术及其运行的不完善、网络规范的滞后性有关,也与网络行业主体的道德意识的淡漠作用有关。因此应主要从技术监控、法律制约、道德规范等方面构建网络伦理道德秩序,其中以道德规范为主。
The network ethics questions caused by the development of network technology issue in the people＇s moral, national culture, national polities, global sharing of information resources and so on. Networks have both the ethical problems with the operation of the network technology and its imperfections, the network of norms related to lag behind, with the main network industries indifferent to the moral of the effects. Therefore we should build the network ethical orders mainly from the technical monitoring, legal constraints, ethics and other aspects. Among these, ethics is the main aspect.
