摘要
反思是一种良好的习惯,作为一名教育者在教学过程中形成自己良好的反思习惯对于促进教师专业化发展,促进学生主体发展具有十分重要的意义。我国新一轮的基础教育课程改革以全新的理念挑战了原有的课程与教学传统,要求教师变革课程实践的方式,创造性地实施新课程。在这样的背景下,反思性教学作为新课改重要的一部分受到了越来越多人的重视,同时反思性教学特别关注认知过程,倡导探究性学习和教师的行动研究,这也是对传统的经验性教学依赖于经验和技术的一种超越,反思意识、反思性教学的程序和方法是人们应该关注的问题。
Self-reflectiun is one of good habits. Forming your own good reflective habits in the process of teaching will contribute to the development of the teachers' specialization, as well as the development of the students' integrity as an educator. The new fundamental educative curriculum reform in our country challenges the former lessons and the teaching tradition in fully-new concept, demanding that the teachers not only modify the methods of the curriculum practice, but creatively perform the new curriculum. Under this background, more and more people attach importance to self reflective teaching as an important forming part of the new curriculum reform. Meanwhile, it lays more stress on the process of cognition, advocates exploring to study and teachers' activity researches, surpassing the traditional experienced teaching depending on experience and technology. Concerning it, the author considers it to be the crucial problems that people should have self-reflective awareness and self-reflective teaching programme as well as its method.
