心复康对培养乳鼠心肌细胞心肌酶及膜流动性的实验研究

Experimental Study of the Effects of Xinfukang on Myocardial Enzymes and Membrane Fluidity in Cultured Myocardial Cells of Suckling Mouse

采用体外培养的乳鼠心肌细胞 ,通过暂时停止供应心肌细胞生存必需的糖和氧 ,造成心肌细胞缺血样损伤。测定细胞培养液中心肌酶的活性 ,并用荧光分光光度计偏振法测定心肌细胞膜流动性 (MFU) ,观察中药心复康对心肌细胞缺血性损伤的影响。结果显示心复康明显降低培养液中心肌酶活性 ,增强心肌细胞膜流动性 。

The activity of myocardial enzymes and myocardial cell membrane fluidity were determined in order to observe the effects of the TCM preparation Xinfukang on myocardial ischemic lesion. The results showed that Xinfukang could obviously decrease the activity of myocardial enzymes and enhance myocardial cell membrane fluidity in cultured myocardial cells with ischemic lesion, which implies that Xinfukang could protect myocardial cells from ishemic lesion.
