摘要
用正交设计法 ,以乌头炮制品收率、含水量、总生物碱和酯型生物碱含量变化为指标 ,探讨乌头炮制工艺。实验数据采用多指标实验公式评分法处理 ,兼顾总碱和酯型碱的综合效应 ,优选出乌头的最佳炮制工艺为 :水浸润至内无干心 ,切厚片 ( 2~ 4mm) ,清水煮沸 1 2 0min。
The optimization of workmanship for processing aconite root was studied by using orthogonal design and by determining the yield, water content, content of alkaloid of ester type, and total alkaloid content of the processed aconite root. The optimum workmanship for processing aconite root by orthogonal design in this paper is that to soak aconite root thoroughly in water, cut it into slices (2~4 mm in thickness), and boil the slices in water for 120 minutes.
