企业合作创新中知识转移粘滞性问题研究

Study on the Knowledge Transfer Stickiness in Co-operation Innovation

降低知识粘性,促进知识的顺利转移是合作创新成功的关键。根据SzulanskiG的内部粘滞知识转移四阶段模型,分析了企业合作创新中,知识在不同转移阶段的粘滞性形成原因,提出了降低合作企业间知识转移粘性的措施。

It is critical for successful co-operation innovation to reduce the knowledge stickiness and promote the knowledge transfer. According to Szulanski G.＇s four stages model of internal sticky knowledge transfer, this paper studies the reasons of knowledge stickiness in different stages of knowledge transfer and presentes the measures of lowering knowledge transfer stickiness.
