Tacit KnowIedge Obtained and Sharing in the Process of Government Decision-making Research

针对政府决策研究中隐性知识分享和利用困难的情况,从理论层面分析政府决策研究过程中的隐性知识获取与分享的过程,以及这个过程中存在的问题。针对这些问题,提出用综合集成方法构建政府决策研究知识管理平台,可以帮助政府决策研究部门改进隐性知识的获取与分析过程,从应用层面提出政府决策知识平台的系统结构,以及平台的建设步骤。

Considering the sitnation of tacit knowledge obtained and sharing in the process of government decision-making research. We analyze the problems from the theory aspect. Then using the integration method, We put forward the configuration of knowledge management platform to promote tacit knowledge obtained and sharing in the process of govemment decision-making research.
