摘要
弹性膜盒作为压力式传感器大量应用在石油化工、仪表、航空等领域,通过研究发现了弹性膜盒不同于上述传统应用方法的新特性,在大量试验数据的基础上,提出了一种创新设计理论与方法,成功地将其作为温度传感器应用于某温度控制继电器。采用该原理和方法设计制造的新型温度传感器大批量生产应用于洗衣机、电热水器等家用电器,证明具有极佳的工作精度、重复性、稳定性与可靠性,为弹性膜盒开辟了一种新的应用领域。
Diaphragms are widely used in the fields of petrochemical industry,instrument,aviation etc as pressure sensor.On the basis of a great number of experiment data,the author has found the new character of the diaphragm different from the traditional way,os a new design theory and method is proposed and applied it to thermostat as a temperature sensor.The new temperature sensors are applied to manufacturing the home appliances such as washing machines and electric water heaters.They are proved with excellent accuracy,repeatability,stability and reliability.Hence then a new application field is developed for the diaphragm.
