摘要 为了消除有限元方法静力分析过程中约束点的反力对结构应力状态的影响,将惯性释放原理引入车架的结构优化设计中,基于拓扑优化结果所建立的车架结构进行了静力分析,对比分析了两种惯性释放方法及普通约束方法在各工况条件下所得的车架应力和位移的异同。计算结果表明所设计车架结构符合设计要求,使用惯性释放方法可以消除约束点的反力造成的应力集中,有利于对车架结构的强度进行更加合理的分析与评估。 In order to eliminate the effects of the reaction force from the constrained points on the structure stress conditions in the FEM static analysis,inertia relief analysis was introduced in the structure optimization process of the vehicle frame.Based on the topologically optimized frame structure,static analysis was carried out under different working conditions using two different inertia relief methods and usual constrain method,the results of which were compared afterwards,especially in the aspect of the frame stress distribution and displacement.The results and comparison showed that the frame structure met the design requirements,and the utilization of inertia relief method could eliminate the structure stress conditions caused by the constrained points and asset the frame structure strength more appropriately.
