摘要
在机械零件精密加工中,由温度变化而产生的变形量在总变形量中占据很大的比例,为了研究在实际工作时轴类机械零件的热变形规律,以圆筒型零件为例,首先结合热弹性力学推导圆筒在给定温度场中的热变形公式,然后利用ansys软件对相同条件下的圆筒进行仿真计算,由两者的对比结果证明公式的正确性和适用范围。从而得出此公式计算在实际工作中圆筒形零件的热变形是适用的。
In the precision machining of mechanism parts,Deformation values caused by the change of temperature hold a large proportion in the sum deformation values.In order to study the thermal deformation of shaft parts,taking cylinder parts as an example and combining the thermal elasticity mechanics,the thermal deformation formula in the given temperature is deduced.Then,it was simulated and computed by using ANSYS software to analyse cylinder under the same condition.There fore the correctness and applicability of the formula can be proved by comparing the two results.The resalts show that the formula is applicable to calculate thermal deformation for cylinder parts in practice.
