摘要
分析了机件的尺寸特点,针对高精度大尺寸机件的中心距测量进行了分析和研究,利用消除孔间隙误差的方法,一端固定另一端活动的测量处理,实现了高精度大尺寸机件中心距专用检具的设计,实现了实际应用。
The characteristics of component dimension is analyzed,and the measuring method of high accuracy and big center distance holes is studied in this paper.In order to eliminate the influence of the gap created by tolerance range that exists between hole and gauge head,so a flexible mechanism structure with one side fixed and another side movable is used for measuring.Thus,Jmakes succe sfal to design the special measuring tool for high accuracy and big center distance component,and to apply it to production.
