摘要
介绍了数控选区电化学沉积快速成型的原理,研制了该系统并针对其工艺特点对影响定域性的因素进行了基础实验研究。结果表明:阳极头直径、阴阳极间距离、电流密度大小、运动速度对定域性有密切关系,在其它工艺参数一定时,阳极头直径越大、阴阳极间距离越小、电流密度越小,运动速度越快,则定域性越好。
The theory of numerical selective electrodeposition rapid prototyping was introduced,the system was exploited,and the fundamental experiments were achieved.The results show that the precision of electrodeposition spot is related to the diameter of anode,the distance beween cathode and anode,the current density,and the scanning velocity.The bigger the anode,the shorter the distance of cathode and anode,the smaller the current density,and the faster the scanning velocity,then the precision of electrodeposition spot is better.
