摘要
通过对原有电线包膜机的分析,提出了一种较先进的设计方案,实现了利用变频技术和控制技术替代传统的机械传动技术,并对电线包膜机增加了在线监测功能,使包膜质量和效率有很大提高。
Through the analysis of the original wire coating machine,the paper presents a more advanced design,which realizes the use of the frequency conversion technology and the control technology to replace the traditional mechanical transmission technology,and increases a function of on-line monitoring to wire coating machine,so that the quality and efficiency of coating has a great improvment.
