PKVP联合肾镜治疗前列腺增生合并膀胱结石(附52例分析)

摘要 目的探讨前列腺增生合并膀胱结石的更为有效的治疗方法。方法经电切镜外鞘置入肾镜,气压弹道将膀胱结石击碎取出。同期均行经尿道前列腺等离子双极汽化电切术(PKVP)。结果52例手术均获成功,术中无膀胱穿孔,术中、术后无电切综合征发生,无结石残留,术后3~5天拔除导尿管。术后随访6个月,未见结石复发,无尿道狭窄。结论对合并膀胱结石的前列腺增生患者,经电切镜外鞘气压弹道碎石是治疗前列腺增生所致膀胱结石安全、有效的方法;同期行联合治疗,能缩短手术时间,减少并发症。
