摘要
采用乳液共聚法,以2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为亲水性阴离子单体、醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为疏水性酯类单体,合成了种衣剂用AMPS/VAc/BA三元共聚成膜剂。考察了AMPS、乳化剂和交联剂用量等对成膜剂性能的影响。研究结果表明,当W(复合乳化剂)=6%{其中m[乙氧基化壬基酚磺基琥珀酸半酯二钠盐(DNS-1035)]∶m[十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)]=3∶1)、W(交联剂0.5%N,N-亚甲基丙烯酰胺水溶液)=3%和W(阴离子单体AMPS)=8%且m(VAc)∶m(BA)=1∶1时,成膜剂的性能最佳。
With AMPS as hydrophilic anionic monomer, and vinyl acetate(VAc) and butyl acrylate(BA) as hydrophobic esters monomer, the film-forming agent (namely AMPS/VAc/BA copolymer) for seed-coating formulation was synthesized by emulsion polymerization. The influences of contents of AMPS, emulsifier and cross linker were investigated on the performance of film-forming agent. The research results indicated that the performance of film-forming agent was best when mass fraction of complex emulsifier DNS-1035/SDS was 6% and mass ratio of DNS-1035 to SDS was 3:1, mass fraction of cross linker was 3%, mass fraction of AMPS was 8% and mass ratio of VAc to BA was 1:1.
