农村教育人口的流动性与教育费用分担的实证研究

An Empirical Study of the Relationship between the Rural Population under Education and the Sharing of Education Expenses

当前免费的义务教育供给模式,使流动性的农民工子女教育得不到流入地政府的自愿保障,且现行农村义务教育阶段的学生择校趋势不减,使得教育费用越来越多地由农民家庭承担。研究表明,学生的择校概率与母亲的教育程度呈负相关,所以提高妇女的教育水平能减少农村义务阶段的择校问题,有利于发挥免费义务教育的应尽职能。

Current supply system of free compulsory education can not safeguard the education of floating farmers＇ children outside their hometown. And the students in the stage of compulsory education increasingly choose their ideal schools, so farmers bear more and more education expenses. A study shows that the ratio of students＇ choosing schools is inversely proportional to the education of their mothers. Hence it is also important for the government to improve women＇ s education level since it may help reduce ratio of choosing schools and fulfill the function of compulsory education.
