摘要
全球金融危机下中国就业工作面临前所未有的困难和挑战。农民工、应届大学毕业生就业和城镇失业人口再就业等问题的长期存在不利于经济持续增长、社会安定团结、人与自然和谐发展。对返乡农民工要通过采取土地政策、创业政策和企业安置等措施解决其就业问题;对大学毕业生要通过国家宏观政策引导、改进高校人才培养模式和提高大学生自身素质等措施解决其就业问题;城镇下岗工人则重在通过再就业培训和政策扶持等措施解决其再就业问题。
In the condition of global financial crisis, China also meets the serious problem of employment. And this problem does harm to the sustainable development of economy, the stability and unity of society and the harmonious development of human and nature. Therefore, some measures should be taken by the government.
