Realization of Adaboost algorithm with Impulse C based on FPGA

Impulse C是一种与ANSIC兼容的并行性扩展集,与EDK工具结合紧密。在研究Adaboost算法流程的基础上以Impulse C为工具,实现了人脸检测的Adaboost算法在FPGA上的软硬件划分和软件模块与硬件模块的设计,并通过软件仿真验证了硬件模块的功能。

Impulse C is a function library compatible with standard ANSI C that enables the development of highly parallel algorithms, which is connected with EDK tools tightly. The major contribution of this paper is to certify the software/hardware partitioning on FPGA platform and then to realize Adaboost algorithm with Impulse C. The software simulation validates the design of the hardware module.
