This article introduced the dynamic electronic commerce and analyzed the present situation railroad profession electronic commerce and the existence question, proposed the importance of realizing the railroad dynamic electronic commerce. Pointed out using the Web service technology, is the development tendency of railroad electronic commerce because of its good interoperability, reusabrility and the maintainability.
