略论中医对亚健康的认识

中医学认为亚健康即"未病",其形成的主要病因病机是饮食失调、情志不遂、劳逸失度、年老体虚等,导致人体气血阴阳失调而出现的诸多不适表现。临证治疗以调理脾胃为其先,补益肾气为其本,疏肝理气为其要,使气血通畅,邪去正复,脏腑阴阳复归健康平衡。

The qi and blood is becoming easy and smooth and the entrails＇ yin and yang reversion.
