水蛭斑蝥汤治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床研究

The Clinical Research of Leech-Blister Bug Decoction on Treating Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的:观察水蛭斑蝥汤治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为2组各30例。治疗组以水蛭斑蝥汤(处方:水蛭、冬虫夏草、斑蝥、制大黄、炮穿山甲、川楝子、黄芪、淫羊藿)治疗;对照组以保列治治疗。观察临床疗效及治疗前后国际前列腺症状评分(I-PSS症状评分)、生活质量指数(L)、前列腺体积的变化。疗程结束半年后对显效、有效患者随访。结果:有效率治疗组为93.33%,对照组为66.67%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组I-PSS评分、L、前列腺体积均有改善,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);2组I-PSS评分、L治疗后比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),对显效、有效的患者随访,仅有对照组4例复发,治疗组优于对照组。2组治疗前后肝功能、肾功能、心电图均未见异常。结论:采用水蛭斑蝥汤治疗前列腺增生症,不仅能显著改善临床症状、改善老年人性功能障碍,提高生活质量,而且不良反应率低,对防止并发症的发生及降低前列腺癌变的潜在危险性有积极的临床意义。

objective： to observe the clinical effect of leech-blister bug decoction to treating benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods： 60 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly as follow： treatment （30 cases） and control （30cases）. The treatment was treated in leech- blister bug decoction （prescription： leech, Sphaeria sinensis, blister bug, prepared rhubarb, pangolin scales, szechwan chinaberry fruit, radix astragali, epimedium herb） and control in Proscar. The I - PSS, quality of life index and prostate gland volume were observed prior and post-treatment. The follow-up visit time was 6 months. Results： the total effective rate was 93.33% in treatment and 66.67 % in control （P 〈 0.05）. There were significance differences in the I - PSS, quality of life index and prostate gland volume between prior treatment and post-treatment（P〈0.05, P〈 0.01 ）. There were significance differences in the I-PSS and quality of life index between treatment and control（P〈0.05）. There were 4 cases recrudescenc in follow-up visit in control patients. The Liver function, renal function and electrocardiogram were normal. Conclusion： the leech-blister bug decoction had the function to treat hyperplasia of prostate. It could change clinical symptom, sexual disturbance, quality of life, lower adverse effect and prevent complication.
