摘要
目的探讨细胞周期调控因子Bmi-1、cyclin D1、p16在胃癌中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测15例正常胃黏膜组织、35例不典型增生和60例胃癌组织中Bmi-1、cyclin D1、p16的表达。结果胃癌组织中Bmi-1和cyclin D1的表达显著高于在正常胃黏膜组织和不典型增生中的表达(P<0.01),p16的表达显著低于在正常胃黏膜组织和不典型增生中的表达(P<0.01)。Bmi-1的表达与胃癌瘤体大小、肿瘤分化、淋巴结转移、临床分期密切相关(P<0.05);cyclin D1的表达与瘤体大小、肿瘤分化、临床分期密切相关(P<0.05);p16的表达与瘤体大小、淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。Bmi-1与cyclin D1在胃癌组织中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05),Bmi-1与p16的表达呈负相关(P<0.05),cyclin D1与p16的表达也呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论Bmi-1、cyclin D1、p16与胃癌的发生、发展有关,它们可能是通过bmi-1-p16-cyclinD1通路来相互影响相互作用,从而影响胃癌的发生发展。
Objiective To investigate the clinical significance of Bmi-1,cyclin D1 and pl6 in gastric carcinoma. Methods The expression of Bmi-1,cyclin D1 and p16 was detected in 60 cases of gastric carcinoma,35 cases of displasia and 15 cases of normal gastric tissues by immunohistochemistry S-P method. Results The expression of Bmi-1 and cyclin D1 in gastric carcinoma was higher than that in displasia and normal gastric tissues. The expression of p16 in gastric carcinoma was significantly lower than that in displasia and normal gastric tissues. Bmi-1 expression was closely related to the tumor size,grade of cell differentiation,lymph node metastasis and stage. Cyclin D1 expression was closely related to tumor size,grade of cell differentiation and stage. And the expression of p16 was closely related to tumor size and lymph node metastasis. There was positive correlation between Bmi-1 and cyclin D1. There was nagetive correlation between Bmi-1 and p16. And there was also nagetive correlation between eyclin D1 and p16. Conclusion Bmi-1 ,cyelin D1 and p16 protein is related to the oncogenesis and progression of gastric carcinoma. The Bmi-1-cyclin D1-p16 pathway and other pathways may contribute to the pathogenesis of gastric carcinoma.
