非相干耦合空间孤子族的一般理论(英文)

摘要 提出了一个适用于非相干耦合空间孤子族的一般理论.从这一理论可以很方便地得到亮、暗、灰孤子族的波形.研究表明这些孤子族的形成条件直接依赖于折射率改变与入射光光强的关系,而不是折射率的正负.另外,利用调制失稳理论研究了这些孤子的稳定性.当这一孤子族只包含两个分量成分时,它自动退化到非相干耦合孤子对的情况.利用这一理论,理论上证明了非相干耦合亮、暗、灰孤子族也可以在角烧孔效应的光致异构非线性聚合物中形成. This paper presents a generalized theory applicable to incoherently coupled spatial soliton families, from which one can easily get the waveforms of bright, dark, and gray soliton families under appropriate simplifications. It is shown that the forming conditions of these soliton families are directly dependent on the relationship between the change of refractive index and the intensity of incident light instead of the positivity or negativity of refractive index. Their stability properties are also discussed by using modulation instability theory. When only two components are involved, these soliton families degenerate into soliton pairs automatically. By using this theory, it is theoretically shown that this kind of bright, dark, and gray soliton families can also be formed in some polymers with photoisomerization nonlinearity due to the angle hole burning.
