摘要
一维线性结构特征的导电纳米线管具有与相同组成大尺度材料明显不同的性能,在光、电、磁以及生物医学领域有着广泛的应用前景.介绍了典型导电纳米线管的制备方法、形成机理、结构表征与应用.
One-dimensional conductive Nanowire/tubes have different characteristics in comparison with those with the same composition of large scale materials and have wide prospect to be applied in optical, electronic, magnetic and hie-medical fields. In this paper, preparation methods, formation mechanism, structural characterization and application are introduced.
