打叶复烤烟叶化学成分在线检测和成品质量控制

On-line chemical determination in threshing and redrying process and its application in quality control

探讨了烟叶化学成分检测在打叶复烤成品片烟质量控制中的作用。通过打叶复烤在线检测烟叶化学成分,结合初烤烟叶原料的化学成分检测,建立了评价成品片烟质量一致性水平的工艺指标,以及处理质量问题的工艺办法。应用结果表明,该打叶复烤成品质量控制方法切合实际,弥补了以往打叶复烤加工中缺乏内在质量控制指标的不足,对打叶复烤企业提高加工水平、更好地满足卷烟加工企业的需求具有良好的促进作用。

Determination results of sugar and nicotine in tobacco were employed for quality control in leaf tobacco of threshing and redrying process. Sugar and nicotine content of redried lamina were determined using online NIR spectrometer. Chemical contents of raw material were determined offline. Quality control method was established based on chemical data that were re- lated to intrinsic characteristics of tobacco. The application of quality control method indicated that it was practicable and valuable for leaf tobacco threshing and redrying.
