Constructing the Lean Logistics Chain of Agriculture Product in Shandong Peninsula

农产品物流对人民的生活、农产品加工企业的发展具有重要的意义。本文采用实地调研与查阅资料相结合的方法,对比精益思想中有关产生浪费的各个方面,分析了山东半岛地区(具体包括青岛、烟台、威海)农产品物流中的浪费问题根源,并从价值确定、价值主张、价值交付三个方面提出了实现农产品精益物流的对策。

Agricultural product logistics is of great significance on the people living and development of agricultural product processing enterprises. With the methods of field surveying and consulting data, contrasting all aspects of waste in lean thinking, this paper analyses the origin of waste about agricultural product logistics in Shandong Peninsula （including Qingdao, Yantai, Weihai）, and from three aspects of value identification, value proposition and value delivery, presents the logistics of agricultural product.
