基于重心模型和层次分析法的配送中心选址研究

Research on Location Selection of Distribution Center Based on Gravity Method and AHP Model

运用重心模型确定物流配送中心的位置,由于选址因素只包括货运量和货运价值,在实际应用中受到很大限制。为此在用重心法得到备选地点的基础上,引用层次分析法模型解决配送中心的最佳地点问题。结合朝阳柴油机厂选址分析,说明基于重心法与层次分析模型的配送中心选址方法的实际应用。

When confirming the location of logistics distribution center with gravity method, it is limited in the actual application because the location selection met hod only takes into account traffic volume and traffic value. For this, the AHP model is used to solve the optimized place of distribution center on the basis of getting spare location by gravity method. Combined with case of Chaoyang Diesel Engines Factory case, this essay illuminates the actual application of the location selection method based on gravity method and AHP model.
