摘要
文章通过供应链管理中出现的实际问题,引出了牛鞭效应的概念,阐述了研究牛鞭的重大意义,总结了国内外专家学者对牛鞭效应的研究动态,分析了多级、每级有多个成员的供应链结构的牛鞭效应,并在其基础上进行发展,旨在寻求一种方便可行、从牛鞭的源头动力出发的预警指标,并针对过程中的模型分析重整影响牛鞭效应的要素。
The concept of ＂bull-whip effect＂ is brought forward through the problems analysis in supply chain management. The significance of bull-whip effect is expatiated here. The trends of researching on bull-whip effect from the experts inland and overseas have been summarized and bull-whip effect of multilevel supply-chain with multi-members has been analyzed. The factors that affect bull-whip effect in modeling have been reformed in order to search caution index in bull-whip effect.
