Evaluation of Supply Chain Partners Based on Novel AHP-TOPSIS Algorithm

在全球一体化的经济环境下,企业开始专注于自身的核心业务,同时对整个供应链上的资源进行整合,从而充分利用内外部资源,于是对供应链上节点企业的选择已经成为一个重要的议题。文章在分析供应链环境下合作伙伴选择评价指标的基础上,提出一种基于改进的AHP和TOPSIS算法的供应链合作伙伴选择模型,用于现代供应链中节点企业的选择评价,并经实例分析表明该方法具有一定的可行性。

Under the global economic environment, enterprises begin to concentrate their efforts on their own core business; meanwhile, they integrate resources of the entire supply chain to take full advantage of the internal and external resources, so the selection of enterprises as the Supply chain nodes has become an important topic. Based on the analysis of evaluation index of partner selection under the supply chain environment ,this paper proposes partners choice model for enterprise nodes in the modem supply chain basing on an novel AHP and TOPSIS method. An example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of this approach.
