摘要
伙伴选择是供应链联盟组建过程中的关键问题,主要研究如何从众多的候选企业中选择最优的合作伙伴组成供应链。文章引入了灰色系统预测方法来对现有的方法进行优化,提出了一种基于GM1,1模型的合作伙伴选择方法。该方法更多的考虑了趋势值指标对评价结果的影响,使得评价更为全面,能更好地做出选择。最后用一个实例说明了该方法的有效性。
Partner selection is a key problem in the process of buildup of supply chain alliance. It mainly researches how to choose the cooperative partners from the numerous corporations to form the optimal supply chain alliance. This paper adopts grey system forecast method to improve the method used presently, and presents a method for partner selection based on the GM （1,1） model. This method considers the effect of trend value index to the result, to make the evaluation more comprehensive, and helps to make a better selection. Finally, an example is carried out to illustrate the validity of the method.
